Hi Gwynedd Knoll,
The yard sale is set for Saturday, May 4th from 8 to 1. I will be putting directional signs out starting on Wednesday at various locations around the neighborhood. It will also be advertised in the local newspapers, Channel 3/6/10 websites and any other site I can find to advertise the event.
I will set up a table at the corner of Hancock and Lindsay. I plan to hand out maps of the area highlighting the houses that are participating. Will drop off 1 balloon to each house the morning of the sale. Will also have soft pretzels and water along with some interesting real estate articles for you to pick up.
Let me know if you have any questions. So far we have 21 houses participating and great weather is predicted.
