Hi Gwynedd Knoll,

 The yard sale is set for Saturday, May 4^th from 8 to 1.  I will be putting directional signs out starting on Wednesday at various locations around the neighborhood.  It will also be advertised in the local  newspapers, Channel 3/6/10 websites and any other site I can find to advertise the event.

 I will set up a table at the corner of Hancock and Lindsay.  I plan to hand out maps of the area highlighting the houses that are participating.  Will drop off 1 balloon to each house the morning of the sale.  Will also have soft pretzels and water along with some interesting real estate articles for you to pick up.

 Let me know if you have any questions.  So far we have 21 houses participating and great weather is predicted.

Hi Carol,
My front steps are beginning to crumble. I need masonry work done. The steps are brick and the cement holding the steps is crumbling.  Anyway I am looking for a contractor to do a small masonry job on my front steps and want to know if anyone has a recommendation.

We had a wonderful gathering at the progressive dinner last Friday! It was great to renew old friendships and begin some new ones. Our neighborhood has added quite a few young families in the past few years - so nice to see that Gwynedd Knoll is still a very desirable place to live! Many thanks to Heather and Mark Piccone for hosting the party - you were very gracious hosts. And thanks to the Fordes for offering their home for the desserts, although we ended up staying at the first house for dessert. We will party at your house next year! (: We all appreciate the flexibility of both hosts. Many thanks also to our organizers: Fran Margolis, Penny Zografakis, and Heather Piccone...you made it easy!

I have a request from me this time! We need to have our driveway sealed and have a company that will give a significant discount for multiple houses done at the same time. Will you call or email me soon if you need to have yours done too?
