neighborhood news

Dear neighbors,
See the invitation below to attend a Christmas open house at Pennypacker Mills tomorrow! Linda Callegari, a neighbor, works there and has sent me this information. I have been to the open house before and it is indeed beautiful and educational. Enjoy!

We are having our Victorian Christmas Open House at Pennypacker Mills this Saturday, Dec. 8th from 2 to 8 pm. This is a FREE event with a wonderful Santa for kids to enjoy, a bell choir performs all day, inside the mansion it is beautifully decorated in Victorian style with living historians in each room, a clear toy candy demonstration is ongoing, and we have a great Museum Shop with vintage inspired decorations, gifts, and candy for the holidays.

This is a great way for families to get in the spirit of the Christmas holiday and tour one of Montgomery County's historic treasures!
