Dear neighbors,
The Salvitti's are having a moving sale on Saturday, June 25 at 1292 Turnbury Lane from 8 am to 1pm. They have furniture and household goods.  Please stop by and find some treasures - and if you want to set up a sale of your own, there will be people coming in the neighborhood so it is a good time. Have you noticed that several of the homes in the neighborhood have sold recently? Encouraging!

I have a few contractor recommendations to pass on to you from other neighbors. Keep sending me names...everyone appreciates some guidance in selecting a contractor.

(From Ora Reinheimer) I just had my house remodeled, such as changing the  wood floors, fix the windows, carpenter work, and painting around the house.  The contractor was so good and very very reasonable.  If you do not like what he did, he does not mind changing it.  It is wonderful to have someone as a handy man around LIKE WILSON.  His card reads as follows:

Hi Carol:  I just wanted to give you the name of a business who recently replaced our roof.  Their name is Narvon Run Builders, LLC.  You can reach them via Gideon Lapp, 717-355-5570 or 5528. We can't say enough about them. They are extremely fair priced, efficient, pleasant, and do outstanding work.  They arrive on time, put in a full day's work and are extremely clean and neat.  They do roofs, framing, remodeling, new houses and additions.

 

They have done work for others that we know and come highly recommended.  We were completely satisfied with their work and work ethics.

I wanted to share the name of a person some of us in the neighborhood have used for painting and pressure washing.

 

Very reasonable and he did a terrific job in painting and sealing our garage floor and pressure our front walk and the concrete around our pool.
