| hi, all. while walking the dogs on monday, june 14, i saw a suspicious white pickup driving slowly along rose lane and up stonington circle. the police came right away and i gave them a pretty good description.
be on the alert for an older model (early '90s or so) small isuzu pickup with an aluminum ladder at an angle in the back (base of the ladder in the bed of the truck, head of it on top of the cab). the driver was a middle-aged white man with receding gray hair and a fringe of gray beard framing his face, which is kind of heart-shaped. he seemed to be looking at houses and was clearly not on his way to a job site.
i did not see him again on the rest of my walk around tanglewood and back to stonington, so he definitely was not working at any of the many houses in gwynedd knoll that have contractors at them.
sooner or later we'll catch him.
